We need to stop the fear that has crippled the United States and its people(locking themselves inside self created prisons.Homes with bars on the windows and doors, afraid of media promoted terrorism and terrorist invasions fueled by drug addiction), we need to stop this same fear, as it has been creeping into the Canadian population in resent years by stopping any belief, in either, the Police or the Media and what they are promoting for personal gains. That attitude put many a friend(mine and yours) in jail, subsequently ruining many families and lives in the process. The police banked on Marijuana(for far too many years.1950-Present Day, maybe longer) as an evil, addictive drug, equal to Heroine and Cocaine, with absolutely no medical attributes or uses.they viewed it only as a corrupt STREET DRUG!, that had slim to no chance of becoming legal. The police realize if they don't find a replacement for "Marijuana" and soon, a lot of policeman could loose there jobs. There could very well be lay-offs in the police forces near future.Over half the money allocated to police departments is for drug law enforcement and 75% of that money is used on Marijuana law enforcement and the activities associated with it's illegality. With the Liberals in power for the next term and possibly a future term as well, the police know the "Demon Marijuana" will become legal without a doubt and it will be sooner, rather than later, no longer a criminal concern for our society, thus, no money for the policing of it. With the Liberals and Justin Trudeau in power with a majority government, the police know they are about to loose there primary source of income for there yearly budgets.the demon "Marijuana".

The police.are "Fear Mongering", trying to create there next "Cash Cow", some thing that can easily be demonize.

Hopefully people will start to realize this and demand more fact filled reporting and will turn to another TV show for there "Entertainment" needs. "Credibility" can't keep the payments up on the "Beamer" and the city core "Condo's" at age 25.Īll "News" programs have evolved in the past 40 years, into TV shows for entertainment, they require no investigation or facts in there stories, all that is needed is a "Tabloid" mentality. Today's reporters seek "Fame and Fortune" without "Credibility", its much easier and faster. Giving them "Fame and Fortune", and of course "Credibility", which usually took bigger part of their careers.a huge difference. Reporters of years gone by seeked "Fame and Fortune" as well, but did it through investigative journalism, which is a slower more accurate process. The media today is more interested in "Fluff Journalism" that will self promote there "Fame and Fortune" quickly, simply to improve there self interests and status. The media.in this day and age, are more concerned about stories that strike fear into the minds of the uninformed "Joe-Citizens", on the hopes of generating huge ratings, which in turn get them noticed and promoted up the corporate chain.
IMHO.This type of article is just "Fear Mongering" on the police's part and "Sensationalizing" on the media's part.
